Bellarine Foods will provide speciality small scale manufacturing of ingredients such as goat and sheep milk powder and olive leaf extract powder.

Partnering with Australia's leading goat milk farms and IMF companies, Bellarine Foods will produce high value niche products generated in volumes  not able to be serviced in the current Australian market. There are presently only large commercial dryers or R&D drying facilities in operation.

Bellarine Foods is investing in the latest technology, including European spray drying equipment.
